ARE YOU A MUM
WITH A YOUNG BABY?
 Stepping
Stones is a friendly, informal discussion group, which offers
you an opportunity to take some time out for yourself to talk
about the experience of motherhood.
We meet for 6 weeks for one and
a half hours each week – babies most welcome, sadly we
have no crèche to accommodate toddlers.
All new Mums registered at Steyning Health Centre
automatically receive an invitation by post.
There is a charge of £1.50 per week towards
running costs.
Stepping Stones began in Steyning in 1995 and
over 300 women have attended since then, not only with their first
child but with their second and even third child.
The groups are organised and run by Lynn Bertram.
Lynn is an Accredited Counsellor with the British Association
for Counselling and Psychotherapy and has worked at Steyning Health
Centre since 1994.
